The Junior Investor Program provides the client with a conservative investment program to put them on track to achieve future home ownership
- Ex. Does not own a home

The Accelerated Mortgage Payment Program (AMP)

The AMP Program helps clients pay off their homes faster while reducing their monthly payments
- Ex. A homeowner paying off their mortgage

The Experienced Investor Program

The Experienced Investor Program is designed to teach the client how to leverage the equity in their home to invest in various investment ventures to generate multiple streams of income
- Ex. A homeowner with little to no mortgage looking to reinvest their capital to have their money work for them

Designed to give clients a passive income for referring potential clients to Palazzo Mortgages (PM).
When the referrer, refers someone and they successfully convert into a client, the referrer will make a 25% referral bonus off whatever the client was charged on an annual basis for as long as the client stays with PM.

Example…

If PM charged someone $10,000, the referrer would receive $2,500.

If the client stayed with PM for 5years and then decided to stop, the referrer would make a total of $12,500.
